Heartland Retirement Communities is planning the development of a state-of-the-art senior living campus in Griffin, Georgia, approximately 40 miles south of Atlanta. The campus will consist of two senior residential rental buildings: independent living and assisted living. The development will be located on approximately 16 acres of land directly across the street from the First Assembly of God Church at the corner of McIntosh & Cowan Roads in Griffin, Spalding County, Georgia.
New Independent and Assisted Living Communities
The Residence at Griffin Village (the independent living community) will promote an active lifestyle that offers apartment-style residences with services that include weekly housekeeping and linen service, scheduled transportation and up to 3 meals a day in an elegant community dining room. Amenities will include generous common areas including a full service beauty and barber salon, a library, and an exercise room. The Heritage at Griffin Village (the assisted living and memory care community) will provide services and amenities similar to those offered in The Residence but tailored specifically to meet the needs of individuals who require some extra care and assistance.
